The APSCo badge is synonymous with quality. This touches every facet of what we do as your trade body and Talent Development is no exception. The entire APSCo Talent Development team, our wide range of trainers, the CMI and all our external partners which make it possible to deliver the training we do, are dedicated to providing an outstanding service.

You speak we listen!

Providing feedback following APSCo training is essential. This allows Talent Development to spot and act on trends across the wide variety of training. In 2023 we increased delegate feedback from 76% in Q1, 2023 to 93% in Q4, 2023.

This is as a direct result of monitoring percentages of feedback over an extended period and taking action. In 2023 we implemented Crowd Signal and placed feedback targets on all courses. We worked closely with the trainers and delegates to increase feedback numbers and will continue to do so, to keep targets above 90%.

Nicola Fisher is responsible for quality control across the Talent Development function. If you wish to speak about any aspect of quality control Nicola can be contacted here.

  • 100% rated in APSCo Communication as Good or Very Good

The communication from APSCo has been a real focus over the last 12-months. These figures have improved from 97% in, Q1, 2023 to 100% in Q4, 2023. Improvements have come from the implementation of the new Learning Management System which allows seamless, swift and clear communication for all courses!

  • 95% rated Course materials as Good or Very Good

We noticed a real trend around electronic versus hard copy materials, where electronic copies were not as user friendly. As a result, editable PDF’s were implemented in 2023. We are expecting the implementation of the Learning Hub and the ease of which delegates will be able to access materials to improve the ratings here. Watch this space!

  • 98% rated Trainer Delivery style as Good or Very Good

APSCo trainers undergo a rigorous interview and induction process and many of our trainers have worked with APSCo for a long time. Despite this, we continue to monitor feedback across all trainers and all courses and provide feedback each quarter.

  • 99% Would Recommend the course

*Above ratings released in February 2024, based on October to December 2023 training.

The APSCo Talent Development promise is:

  • To feedback from any courses, you (or delegates from your company) attend. Feedback will be made available upon request.
  • Talent Development will continue to monitor and report on all feedback.
