Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship.
The awarding body is Skillsfirst and on completion of this programme the learner will have achieved the following qualifications:
Pursuing this qualification supports high performance through a blended learning programme of engaging online learning and assessment and individual coaching. It’s focused on supporting individuals to achieve in recruitment and progress towards more senior roles.
Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship.
The awarding body is Skillsfirst and on completion of this programme the learner will have achieved the following qualifications:
Pursuing this qualification supports high performance at work through a blended learning programme of engaging online learning, assessment and individual coaching. It’s focused on personal development and helps individuals acquire the relevant skills and knowledge and behaviours to achieve in recruitment resourcing.
It’s focused on supporting individuals to achieve in recruitment and progress towards more senior roles and, if it supports their chosen career progression, learners can continue their studies with the Recruitment Juice Level 3 Apprenticeship in Recruitment Consultancy.
The Team Leader Apprenticeship, which offers management training for recruiters, is applicable to professional team leaders and first line managers in all sectors and all sizes of recruitment organization. This includes individuals who are at the start of their career in leadership and management and who wish to take their first steps into professional management.
The programme includes the achievement of The Level 3 Diploma in Management. Successful completion of the standard entitles your staff member to Associate Membership of The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Most apprenticeships take 12-18 months to complete. Experienced trainers will train, support and coach your learners every month as they work through a structured blended training programme that will help develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers. On completion, there is an End Point Assessment to embed the learning and knowledge they have gained.
