APSCo Talent Development is a member service, our aim is to support members in growing their businesses by helping them:

Training is provided to meet the needs of recruiters, leaders and specialists working in recruitment businesses and is delivered in multiple formats - online, via zoom and face-to-face.

What is common to all APSCo training, is that it is delivered by specialists in their field with extensive experience and knowledge of the professional recruitment market.

Flexible locations and formats 

With most of our courses, you can choose from either ‘open’ programmes, delivered in London, Manchester or virtually or ‘in-company’ programmes, delivered on site at your office or virtually.

Open Courses

Programmes include courses for those who are new to the market, those with more experience who are looking to boost their billings as well as individual leadership courses and our ever-popular Fast Track CMI Leadership Development Programme. We also have specialist skills courses covering legal, compliance, social media and training the trainer.

In-Company Training

In-company training is available for any of the APSCo courses in our portfolio, both virtually, through Zoom and face to face. 

All courses can be fully tailored to meet the needs of your organisation by our expert training team who will discuss your requirements, the skill level of your team and advise you on content, format and expected outcomes.

Teri has spent over 20 years in and around the recruitment sector and absolutely loves it. She spent ten years in front line recruitment before moving to Recruitment International as Country Manager. Teri joined the APSCo team in 2018 as Partner Success Manager. Since this time, Teri has been supported through an Executive MBA programme before joining the Talent Development team in February 2022. 

Teri is passionate about the recruitment industry and believes the amazing individuals are a big part of what makes it so special. Throughout her recent studies, Teri has gained a new understanding and respect for the important role continued training and development play in bringing out the best in all of us. Teri’s role is to ensure the APSCo Talent Development offering is front of mind and best in class when it comes to professional training within the recruitment professional.
