During that time, he has designed, written, and run bespoke training programmes for people at all levels, from Training Academies for people with no experience, through to advanced Leadership Programmes for Directors. During his time spent at Search Consultancy, Gary was nominated for awards on numerous occasions and won the Company’s “High Impact Award” on two occasions, in a company that had 700 employees. His mantra for everyone working in the industry, irrelevant of position held, is “If you do the right things at the right time and you do them well, you will be successful.”
Gary believes that everyone who attends an APSCo training programme, deserves the most positive of experiences and looks forward to using his passionate, engaging, animated and humorous style during APSCo training events, to inspire everyone to be the very best they can be at what they do.
I thought Gary was excellent - Really humorous, explained everything very well, very engaging, gave plenty of opportunity for input and discussion, very credible, everything he said he could back up and a lot of actionable stuff - APSCo courses are always good but I really thought Gary was excellent and I'd definitely request him for my next one.

After a successful 19 year career in the recruitment industry, Tim realised he wanted to commit his future towards his long term passion for training (well the boy band dream wasn’t going anywhere!). From his start as a sales consultant, to growing a start-up business into a £million turnover, training and coaching had always been his joy and interest.
I really liked how Tim remembered what each individual spoke to him about on the phone and when a point was very relevant to our positions he highlighted it to us.

Jam
His training experience began 17 years ago as a young manager, facilitating at Leadership and Team Building weekends in North Wales. Here Tim discovered a talent for engaging and coaching people, seeing first-hand the effect of outstanding training which he wanted to emulate.

He has developed and delivered Recruiter, Consultant and Management training across the UK and Europe.
With personal experience that ranges from building a start-up business to running regions with several multi team offices, and from creating new business focused teams to delivering MSP solutions, he is able to empathise with most business situations.
