Eleanore is a certified Data Protection Practitioner who has extensive experience of acting as a Data Protection Officer, implementing privacy programmes and frameworks to help clients comply with the legislation.
She has a strong track record in helping organisations protect themselves and their customers through the creation of solid privacy governance programmes. This often involves helping to create the organisation’s vision and developing and implementing privacy programme frameworks.”

Simon is a partner in the corporate team at Brabners with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Together with mergers and acquisitions, Simon advises extensively on shareholder relations and employee share plans.
Simon also leads Brabners’ sustainability initiatives. In the past 2 years he has overseen the firm’s successful B Corp certification, development of sustainability goals, membership of Business Declares a Climate Emergency and investment in the Kingsdale Head peatland restoration project. All of which are part of the firm’s strategy to be the sustainable law firm of choice.

Simon is a Partner and leads the Recruitment and Workforce Solutions team at Brabners. In his role as sector leader Simon sets the Recruitment sector strategy, leads on solutions to the issues faced by clients and develops the sector talent pool.
Simon is an experienced employment lawyer who handles director/senior management disputes, exit strategies and settlement agreements, employment contracts and service agreements. He also advises on redundancies and reorganisations, TUPE, outsourcing, employment tribunal claims, data protection issues, complex discrimination cases, post termination obligations, IR35 and status generally, as well as National Minimum Wage investigations.
In the recruitment sector he supports national and international recruitment businesses dealing with regulatory issues such as the Agency Workers Regulations, the Conduct Regulations, the GLAA and the issues arising from the Good Work Plan. He also advises on general recruitment issues arising from using and supplying temporary workers, contractors and the gig economy generally
