Effective April 11th, 2024, significant changes have been implemented to the Spouse Visa Financial requirement in the UK. The previous threshold of £18,600 has been replaced with a new standard of £29,000. This adjustment mandates that sponsors must meet this revised financial benchmark to support their foreign partners on any UK family visa route. JMW will update us on how this will affect the recruitment of Clinical & Healthcare staff.
