The government's response to the retained EU employment law consultation is out!
The government has published its response to the retained EU employment law consultation which closed on 7 July 2023. The government has also responded, as part of this response, to its consultation back in January on calculating holiday entitlement for part-year and irregular hours workers.The changes detailed in the response and which now appear in the draft Employment Rights (Amendment, Revocation and Transitional) Regulations 2023 will be brought in on 1 January 2024.
