In the ever-evolving landscape of recruitment, recruiters are increasingly required to also be marketers. Gone are the days when simply posting a job was enough to attract top talent. Today, recruiters must master the art of creating compelling posts and content about their lives, company culture, and values, with opportunities to engage and attract candidates & clients. Recruiters must master LinkedIn, employer branding, and e-mail marketing to build authentic relationships with potential candidates and clients.
