Previously a member of the Women in Recruitment steering group at APSCO and mentor within the Women in Recruitment group, Dave is a champion of diversity in the industry and has developed a phenomenal  team across the Harnham business, including a 50/50 gender split leadership team at Head-of and Director level. Now a Board member and Director of Harnham Group’s Rockborne business, Dave also has the experience of growing an ATD company from scratch.

Jonathan Strassberg

Based in London and Edinburgh, Jonathan Strassberg is both a US Commercial Attorney at Law and an English Solicitor, helping UK and European businesses trade with, expand to and operate in the United States. With a focus on the challenges unique to SMEs, Jonathan not only provides the full range of legal services necessary for doing business in the USA, but also works with select professionals in cross-border accounting, insurance, immigration, banking and other disciplines to create comprehensive strategies for his clients’ American operations, suiting their particular needs, while maintaining flexibility, limiting risk and obtaining the best tax treatment available. 

Early in his career, Jonathan practiced complex corporate and international commercial litigation in Manhattan and Chicago, before moving to Princeton New Jersey, where he was owner, vice-president and in-house lawyer for a regional property development business. Having moved permanently to the UK in 2007, Jonathan brings a uniquely practical and commercial perspective to his practice, very much in line with the needs of his SME clients. 

Jonathan graduated in 1986 from the Cardozo School of Law in New York City, where he was a member of the Law Review and was awarded a Juris Doctor degree, with honours.  Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with honours, from Boston University.

Jonathan is a dual US and UK citizen.
