With 15 years’ experience in the recruitment sector and 5 years HR expertise, Jennifer supports Evolution to harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people.  She is dedicated to creating a positive company culture that promotes continuous growth (both personal and professional) and cultivates loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realise their full potential and bring their best to the job. 
 
After 3 years as a sales consultant delivering business change recruitment solutions into the financial services sector, she decided to take a step back from sales to have a family.  Joining Evolution in 2011 as an Executive Assistant enabled her to remain in the industry whilst still being able to spend quality time with her children. As part of Evolution’s commitment to helping employees realise their potential, Jennifer was given the opportunity to study her CIPD level 3&5. In 2017 Jennifer set up the HR department at Evolution and continues to champion better work and working lives.  
 
Jennifer considers the greatest accomplishment of her career to date is the contribution made to gaining the Investors in People Platinum Accreditation which is widely considered an outstanding achievement across any and all sectors. 
 

Teri Etherington

Head of Talent Development, APSCo UK

Teri has spent over 20 years in and around the recruitment sector and absolutely loves it. She spent ten years in front line recruitment before moving to Recruitment International as Country Manager. Teri joined the APSCo team in 2018 as Partner Success Manager. Since this time, Teri has been supported through an Executive MBA programme before joining the Talent Development team in February 2022. 

Teri is passionate about the recruitment industry and believes the amazing individuals are a big part of what makes it so special. Throughout her recent studies, Teri has gained a new understanding and respect for the important role continued training and development play in bringing out the best in all of us. Teri’s role is to ensure the APSCo Talent Development offering is front of mind and best in class when it comes to professional training within the recruitment professional. 

Nicola Ihnatowicz

Partner, Employment and Pensions , Trowers & Hamlins LLP

Nicola Ihnatowicz is a partner in the Employment and Pensions Department at Trowers & Hamlins LLP, and specialises in all aspects of human resources and employment law for employers and recruitment businesses. 

Nicola specialises in supporting businesses to become "Employers of the Future". Her expertise includes advising on sustainable workforces, achieving inclusivity and business transformation. She also supports employers with difficult employee relations matters, such as changing terms and conditions, managing stress at work, reasonable adjustments, discrimination and harassment investigations, and restructures and redundancies.

Nicola regularly advises and represents clients on Employment Tribunal matters and has recently dealt with complex claims for discrimination and harassment, holiday pay, whistleblowing and workplace stress. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences, including the firm's weekly online Q&A "Trowers Tuesday".

Nicola chairs the firm's Social Impact Committee and has experience as a charity trustee.
