Harry is a Consulting Business Psychologist at Lexxic, consulting with organisations to help them to become neuro-inclusive and enable organisations and all minds to thrive. Since obtaining a BSc Psychology and an MSc Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology, Harry has worked in the field of Neurodiversity for 8 years. Having spent many years supporting neurodivergent individuals in schools and in the workplace via 1:1 coaching and assessments, Harry now looks to use his knowledge gained to support organisations to help them to make proactive change in developing their culture and policies for neurodiversity and wellbeing.Co-Founder, Inventum Group
Adam Tobias has has worked in the recruitment sector for over 20 years with experience spanning executive search, leadership training and management. He is a qualified coach and as a disabled person himself, is passionate about ED&I and removing the barriers faced by diverse and underrepresented talent.
