M&A in the recruitment sector is very buoyant at the moment, but the pandemic and Brexit have had an impact on how deals are valued and structured.
In this session Steven and Philip will look at:
• The current recruitment sector M&A market sentiment
• The key value drivers
• Pitfalls to avoid when selling
• Changes in how deals are being structured; and
• Different types of acquirers and their motivations
There’s no doubt recent global and economic events have had an impact on the market, and if you’re thinking of selling in the short or medium term you can’t afford to miss this session.
