The Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Act 2023 received royal assent last year and is expected to come into force later this year. It provides workers with the right to request a more predictable working pattern in a process like that of the flexible working request. Shazia Imtiaz will discuss: 

  • What the rights entail.

  • How the workers can make a request.  

  • How to deal with the request. 

  • What to do now.
