Following an early career in recruitment marketing and employer branding, Lisa transition to building out client strategies from attraction to onboarding and became a Director of Strategy in RPO and HR Consulting. Having successfully driven successful outcomes for commercial and public sector clients, Lisa made a a step change to ‘client-side’ via a secondment to a high-profile government agency where she developed a deep connection with diversity, equity, and inclusion. This has continued to underpin all aspects of her working life; culminating in taking a year out in 2019/20 to complete a Masters in Gender, Sexuality and Culture at Birkbeck College.

Having joined Manpower Group in 2022, Paul is Global Programme Director for the MSP with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), responsible for the engagement of external workers across US, UK and EMEA.
