Immigration Associate, Squire Patton Boggs

Pip is an Associate Solicitor in the Labour and Employment team at Squire Patton Boggs and is a member of the immigration team.

Pip specialises in providing practical advice for immigration, nationality and business immigration matters including the Points Based System and the EU Settlement Scheme. Pip advises businesses across a range of sectors with in-depth expertise in the employment and immigration aspects of bringing staff to the UK. Pip regularly advises businesses in relation to immigration compliance and the prevention of illegal working. She has extensive experience in immigration audit and corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions.

Andrew Mumby

Category Director, NHS London Procurement Partnership

Andrew has worked in Procurement and Supply Chain roles for over 12 years in a number of geographies including the UK, Germany, Australia and Singapore. During this time, he has worked as part of in-house procurement teams for large Public and Private sector organisations including Cabinet Office, NHS, GSK and Capgemini, as well as working for boutique consulting firms INVERTO (a BCG Company) and Healthcare PP (acquired by EY). 

From 2015 – 2020 he has specialised in HR Procurement and specifically on Contingent Workers. During his time at the Cabinet Office Andrew was responsible for the re-procurement and implementation of a new MSP for all Central Government departments – the largest MSP Programme in the UK. As a result of this work, he was recognised by the Staffing Industry Analysts as a “Game Changer” which recognises buyers of staffing services who make a significant contribution to the management and evolution of contingent workforce programs.

In September 2019, Andrew was appointed at the Category Director – Workforce for NHS London Procurement Partnership. He is responsible for leading the transformation and growth of the category to ensure the breadth and depth of services being offered supports all aspects of the HR remit.

Gary Snart

Director Total Workforce Solutions, HealthTrust Europe

Gary is Sourcing Director, Total Workforce Solutions (‘TWS’) at HealthTrust Europe (‘HTE’). Gary has worked for HTE for over 10 years, leading on a range of strategic procurement initiatives including the development, strategy, regulatory approval (NHSE-I) and growth of HTE’s public and private portfolio of workforce agreements, managing over £450m of annual workforce spend in the UK. Gary and his team manage the health, mental health, adult social care and non-health workforce category portfolio to deliver advisory, technology, bank, agency and permanent recruitment solutions in partnership with our supplier community to a diverse customer base. Gary has extensive experience of working with complex organisations including the NHS, engaging in national programmes and facilitating collaborations to address market challenges; engaging supply chain capability, enhancing service quality and realising financial targets in the process.
