Constantine Law is a specialist employment and regulatory law firm which has provided high level advice and support to the recruitment industry since its inception. We are also able to support our clients with business immigration advice.
We act for a number of the UK’s leading recruitment businesses, particularly in the area of agency recruitment where we are retained by a number of the UK’s largest privately owned companies.
Our specialist areas of expertise are health, legal, construction, logistics and IT but we support all recruitment sectors.
We are particularly adept in enforcing and defending restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions. However we provide daily support to HR Departments in large recruitment businesses for all of their employment needs.
