This best practice standard is designed to help safeguard children and to benchmark recruitment firms against the best possible service. It was developed by APSCo following extensive consultation with our Education Sector Group members and, crucially, external stakeholders including the National Association of Head Teachers, VOICE, Governors for Schools, the Association of School & College Leaders and the Institute of School Business Leadership.
