Collecting feedback on EU Law Reform
The Government has published a consultation on reforms to retained EU law, including holiday pay and entitlement.
It proposes to merge the current two separate annual leave entitlements into a single annual leave entitlement of 5.6 weeks and introduce rolled-up holiday pay as an option for holiday payment.
In addition changes are proposed to recording working time and TUPE. The consultation can be accessed here: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/retained-eu-employment-law-reforms
APSCo have been invited to feedback to senior policy advisors at the Department for Business and Trade and need your input to do so. This event will give you an opportunity to give your feedback on the consultation. We will also be responding in writing as well in due course.
