Ailsa is a seasoned digital marketer with over 15 years’ experience in e-commerce and B2B marketing. She joined the Senior Management team of RGF Staffing UK in September 2021 as Head of Marketing and Communications. Her focus is on re-invigorating the Advantage Resourcing and Crone Corkill brands and developing the digital footprint and marketing funnel for both client and candidate attraction.

With over 20 years' experience in recruitment, Romilly has progressed to a Managing Director, by becoming a growth strategy specialist in recruitment. She has successfully grown the companies she has worked for into leading brands, by creating a culture of success through exceptional customer service, reward and recognition of staff, whilst greatly increasing sales.
Romilly has a passion for recruitment and marketing which can significantly increase sales by enhancing employer branding, attracting top talent, increasing candidate engagement, providing cost-effective solutions to utilise digital marketing tools and analytics to reach a wider audience at a lower cost per hire, and increasing candidate engagement.
