The Leading with Emotional Intelligence Programme is an engaging and interactive workshop in which you will explore your Emotional Intelligence in order to develop and enhance your leadership effectiveness.
What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the process by which we become aware of our thoughts and feelings in order to manage our behaviour more effectively; this, in turn, is largely determined by our attitudes and habits.
The latest leadership development research emphasises that successful leadership relies on your ability to adapt your leadership style to different people and situations.
Your EI underpins how well you are able to know yourself, manage your emotions, and adapt your behaviour in order be both personally and interpersonally effective.
Each workshop is led by a highly skilled trainer and consists of 2 four-hour sessions using Zoom Video conferencing, or, in the case of face-to-face training, a one-day training centre-based session.
