Daniel has worked in Education Recruitment for over 15 years, having worked in HR and Recruitment for various sectors before that. Daniel also is a CIPD chartered member after completing his master’s degree (many suns ago!) in Human Resource Management.
Daniel's experience has allowed him to carry out a role as a chair of governors at a local SEND school, a Multi-academy Trust Trustee and also assist Birmingham City Council on school Interim Executive Boards to help support Headteachers at local schools.
The key thing he loves about working around educators and schools is meeting and drawing from the passion Teachers and Teaching Assistants have for learners.
Marissa started working in Recruitment back in 2013; she has always specialised in the SEN sector recruiting specialist SEN Teachers and Teaching Assistants as this is where her expertise and passion lies. Marissa holds a degree in Education and prior to her recruitment career, she used to work on supply in special schools and alternative provisions. She likes to take pride in making sure she places the right staff in the right school ensuring all pupils get the best out of their day. Marissa offers a friendly approach and is always at the end of the phone for when her clients or schools need her.

Bilal in an Associate Director working within Grant Thornton's Corporate Finance Lead Advisory team in London. He joined Grant Thornton in September 2011 as an Audit Associate specialising within the Financial Services sector. He has over six years of corporate finance experience, including private company M&A, complex carve outs and private equity transactions.
Bilal has a particular focus for working with businesses and their owners within the recruitment and education sectors. He is an ACA qualified accountant with previous experience in audit and restructuring/administrations.
