The EAS, part of the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy is running a regular webinar on Monday's at 13:30, for six weeks from 12th September, exclusively for APSCo members.
Rhys Jones, EAS Stakeholfer & Project Manager, BEIS and Dave Worboys, EAS Risk, Intel, Performance and Engagement Lead, BEIS
This final webinar in the series supports the recruitment sector in understanding the requirements that must be satisfied before placing a worker to work with or attend to a vulnerable person. The session covers the additional information that needs to be obtained such as references, charging fees to work-seekers for DBS checks and what a recruitment agency needs to do if something goes wrong.
This will be of particular interest to businesses supplying workers into sectors such as healthcare and education but will be relevant to other sectors as well.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
This event will be delivered by the Employment Standards Agency.
