Who will benefit
The programme will benefit directors, middle and senior leaders from both your sales and support teams who are seeking to build successful teams and drive performance. On successful completion of two assessments delegates will be awarded the CMI level 5 certificate in Management and Leadership
There are 44 guided learning hours. Delegates will be expected to undertake a further 50 hours of study, research, reading, practical application and assessments, over a period of 6-9 months.
The course is delivered through a mixture of workshops, 1:1 coaching, mastermind peer to peer sessions, and assessment preparation tutorials.
On successful completion of two assessments delegates will be awarded the CMI level 5 certificate in Management and Leadership.
Programme Launch meeting takes place on 4th January.
Tutorial and coaching dates will be agreed on registration.
