Stephen is the CEO of Cobalt, an award-winning international recruitment group. Through its three brands, Cobalt provides a comprehensive service offering, including contingent, temporary staffing and executive search, across the Built Environment. Founded in 2001, Cobalt has long had an international outlook, with operations established in Berlin in 2008 leading to a wider international expansion.
